The stage of the World Cup all got a little too much for one Mexico player, who began crying during the national anthem.
Alexis Vega, one of Mexico's main attacking players, was overcome with emotion as tears rolled down his face as he belted out an impassioned rendition of the anthem ahead of their 0-0 draw with Poland.

A player for Mexican side CD Guadalajara, the 24-year-old has made 22 appearances for his country but clearly takes pride in turning out in the Green of Mexico, especially when it's his first time appearing in a World Cup.
Vega is regarded as one of Mexico’s top attacking stars, given his form over recent years.
Often used as a striker, the 24-year-old can often play down the left flank where he’s expected to thrive for Mexico during the competition.
With three goals and four assists in 18 appearances for his club this term, Vega will no doubt be hoping to add more goals to his tally as they look challenge for a spot in the knockout stages where they would face France, Australia, Denmark or Tunisia in the next round.
With Argentina slipping up against Saudi Arabia on Tuesday morning, Vega was hoping to get a much-needed three points against Poland to put them in a strong spot in Group C.
